Considering I pretty much took June and December off that really is a lot of miles for me. I looked back and my 2009 total was 1324 (when I ran a lot of miles to prep for a marathon PR) and my 2010 total was 1099.

Here are the breakdowns by month. I had a minimum month of about 40 miles and a maximum of 227. I'm not sure that's really ideal.

Finally here are my average distance and average speed. Highest speed is November after the ultra and not surprisingly my slowest month (October) coincides with my highest average per run (10.5). The speed data is not always 100% accurate as (for example) when I run intervals it counts the speedwork and the walking in between and usually averages out pretty slow.
